By accessing the website and using the contact tab, the user freely and voluntarily declares
that they wish to provide the personal data required for sending messages and
customer service.

Company, CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), Email, Phone number, and other information voluntarily provided by the user to enable service.

ACSICOMEX adopts technical and administrative security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and against accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or any form of inappropriate processing.
In accordance with Article 48 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), in the event of a security incident that may cause significant risk or damage to the data subject, ACSICOMEX will notify both the data subject and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Personal data will be kept in a secure environment, with access restricted to authorized persons, for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. After this period, the data may be deleted or anonymized, except in the following cases:
- Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation;
- Regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings;
- For the exclusive use of ACSICOMEX in anonymized format.

When the user accesses the ACSICOMEX website, in addition to the information already mentioned,
the user’s geolocation and data stored on their mobile device may be collected.
However, the user can manage these preferences directly in the settings of
their devices.

According to Article 18 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), the data subject has the following rights:
- confirmation of the existence of treatment;
- access to personal data;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data;
- Data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request;
- deletion of personal data processed based on consent;
- Information about the public and private entities with which the controller has shared data;
- possibility of revoking consent;
- opposition to processing carried out based on legitimate interest, in cases where there is non-compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
The data subject may also request the limitation of the use of their data or the cancellation of receiving communications, including informational and advertising materials.
It should be noted that, even after a deletion request, ACSICOMEX may retain certain stored data to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, as provided for in Article 16 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.709, of 08/14/2018) and will be interpreted according to Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the District of Jaraguá do Sul, SC, being chosen as the exclusive forum, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be, to resolve any doubt, pending matter or litigation arising from this document.
